  • How it works

    Males

Males can have a semen analysis, ranging from basic to more advanced tests, e.g. antisperm antibody and genetic testing. We also have a fully licensed sperm cryobank and offer lifestyle advice to improve your fertility.

    Females

Females can have hormone and screening tests. We also provide intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatment using sperm from your partner or a donor, to improve your chances of pregnancy. We provide non-invasive prenatal testing when pregnant.

  • Our Services

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A STRICT SAFETY STRATEGY IN PLACE

    - WITH THIS, WE ARE ALLOWED TO STAY OPEN DURING NOV-DEC 2020

    Clinical Advice and Interpretation

We work with each client individually to understand their medical history and coordinate tests and treatments that are appropriate for them, ensuring that their fertility treatment will give them the best possible outcome. Staff are always available throughout treatment to answer any queries that arise.

    Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT)

    Semen Analysis

WE ARE OPEN FOR SEMEN ANALYSIS!

We report how many sperm are present and how healthy they are.

Purpose: To assess male fertility by looking at the number of sperm in an ejaculate (count), how they swim (motility) and their shape (morphology).

How do I get my results?

We can discuss your results, and explain what they mean, as soon as the test is completed (usually the same day).

    Sperm Analysis, Semen Analysis

    Post Vasectomy Semen Analysis

Post vasectomy semen analysis is the microscopic examination of the fluid to see if any sperm continue to be present and whether they are swimming.

Purpose: To assess if a man is still producing potentially fertile sperm after a vasectomy, and to confirm if the vasectomy has been successful.

    IUI - Intrauterine Insemination

IUI is a low-tech fertility treatment whereby a high concentration of fast sperm are gently introduced to the womb at the time of ovulation.

    DI - Donor Insemination

DI allows sperm from a highly fertile sperm donor to be used for IUI treatment. All our sperm donors are fully screened to ensure their safety and fertility.

    Sperm freezing, cryo storage

    Sperm Cryobanking

Sperm cryobanking safely preserves sperm in liquid nitrogen until they are required for future use.

Purpose: Sperm freezing may be useful to:

    • have sperm available if a man cannot produce a fresh sample on the day of his partner's fertility treatment
    • reserve as a back-up for the future, e.g. before going overseas or undergoing any medical treatment that could adversely affect sperm production such as chemotherapy or a vasectomy

    Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT)

A safe, easy, and reliable non-invasive prenatal blood test that screens for chromosomal abnormalities and syndromes

(e.g. Downs, Edwards and Patau syndrome).

Purpose: NIPT allows analysis of the health of your pregnancy at just 10 weeks.
